他其實也不叫麵包工廠~
他是一個工廠改建的Market
位於15街跟第九大道的交叉口~
裡面有看起來很漂亮的的杯子蛋糕店
聞起來很香的布朗尼店,叫witching,
每週一到週六的五點到七點有特價!
周日四點到六點有特價!

還有濃郁的牛奶跟冰淇淋









總之~還蠻好逛的!
很愛!

btw, 旁邊有一間裝潢fancy,東西不難吃,但是很貴的餐廳,
叫Buddakan**,
想要體會紐約餐廳的氣氛的可以去!

酪梨醬 GUACAMOLE

Avocados (酪梨) 2
Onions (洋蔥)1/2
Garlic (大蒜) 1 piece
Lemon (檸檬)1/2
Hot pepper (綠色的小辣椒) 1
Tomato (番茄)1
Cilantro (香菜) several

Salt (鹽)
pepper (黑胡椒粉)

酪梨搗碎,所有東西都切成小丁,拌在一起就可以了!

Seed, peel and mash avocados. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in onion, tomato and chilies or alternative. Refrigerate. Place the avocado pit in the guacamole to keep it from turning black. Remove before serving.
This would be able to serve for about 3-4 people.

八吋起司蛋糕

八吋cheese cake簡易作法：

cream cheese 原味(whipped cream) 400g,

蛋三科

無鹽奶油—50g,

檸檬-一顆(黃色的)

糖

八吋派皮一個—我是在超市買的

先把cream cheese從冰箱拿出來放軟，（半小時）

無鹽奶油用微波爐融化，

全部倒到一個可以攪拌的鍋子中，開始攪拌，直到可以輕易攪動為止，

加入蛋，一個一個慢慢加，每次要打到均勻在家下一個蛋！

擠入檸檬汁，繼續攪拌，

加入糖5大匙，然後攪拌均勻，

然後開始嚐味道，到你覺得夠甜為止～（上次我好像加8匙）覺得味道還不錯！

可以稍微甜一點沒關係！

把攪拌好的東西倒入派皮內，

放入烤箱考50分鐘！(約350度)

放冷之後，冰入冰箱，一天之後就可以吃囉！！！

簡單ㄅ！！！！

還可以再上面加你要的櫻桃或藍梅果醬！(是真的可以吃到整顆果粒的那種，不是早餐的果醬喔！)
